Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all online courses and digital content provided by DIGIBG, operated by DIGIVELL LTD, are classified as digital goods with instant access upon purchase.
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply once the delivery of digital content has begun with the customer’s prior express consent. By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Once access to the course platform, materials, or downloadable content is granted, the purchase is considered final. Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not provided after access has been delivered.
Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a verified technical issue on our side prevents access to the purchased content. In such cases, customers must contact our support team with sufficient details to allow investigation. Any refund decision is made solely at the discretion of DIGIVELL LTD.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims filed through payment providers (including but not limited to Stripe or Paddle) without prior communication may result in immediate suspension or termination of course access. Unjustified chargebacks may also be reported as misuse of the payment system.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly regarding any billing or access-related issues before initiating a dispute with their payment provider. Our goal is to resolve issues fairly and efficiently while maintaining compliance with payment processor requirements.
